Orders
Products are ordered through the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents via an online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information requested during the ordering process is used solely for delivering the order or resolving any issues unless otherwise stated. When placing an order through the online store, it is assumed that you have read and accepted the current terms of delivery.
Payment Methods
We offer a variety of payment options to choose from. By providing your details at checkout, you accept the terms of the selected payment method. By clicking the "Buy" button, you agree to the general terms.
Order and Payment Confirmations
Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation via email, containing your order details. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service at info@fibrecases.com. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service.
When contacting customer service, have your order number available. Always ensure that the contents of the package match the items listed in the order confirmation.
Delivery Methods and Costs
Delivery costs include postage and packaging fees. Estimated delivery costs are displayed in the shopping cart based on the primary available delivery method.

Delivery Time
The typical delivery time within Finland may vary depending on the order and the chosen delivery method. Our standard delivery time is 1-5 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from such delays. The online store will inform about any exceptional delivery times on its website.
Return Policy
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
According to the Consumer Protection Act, customers have the right to exchange or return the entire order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order.
Customers have the right to inspect the contents of the package and carefully test the product. However, the product must be returned in impeccable and unused condition. General caution should be observed when opening the product packaging. Products should be carefully packaged when returned. The right of return applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.
The right of return does not apply to products ordered with engraving. Custom or personalized products requested by the customer are not eligible for return. However, the right of return applies if there is a manufacturing defect in the customized or modified product. Products ordered separately from the factory at the buyer's request are not eligible for return or cancellation.
A return must always be pre-notified to the online store's customer service by email at info@fibrecases.com. Please note that failing to pick up a package is not considered a return. The merchant has the right to charge a handling fee of €19.90 for orders not picked up within the storage period provided by the postal service.
All online store prices include VAT but do not include delivery costs unless otherwise stated in the product information.
If a product in our online store is clearly mispriced and it can be assumed that the customer is aware of the incorrect pricing, the product will not be delivered at that price, regardless of the order. In such cases, FibreCases OÜ is obliged to promptly notify the customer who placed the order. We reserve the right to retrospectively correct incorrect prices or texts on our products, website, or other channels.
We also reserve the right to make changes due to stock issues or potential technical problems in the online store, browser, or server. FibreCases OÜ reserves the right to limit the sale of products in large quantities. If the ordered product is no longer available, FibreCases OÜ may cancel the order and refund the customer. FibreCases OÜ sells products in accordance with legal age restrictions.
By ordering a product and accepting the terms of delivery, the customer confirms that they have the right to order the specific product.
We also provide a 30-day warranty for our products.
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after receiving the shipment (as confirmed by the tracking code provided by the postal service).
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement via email. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send a notice regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires to info@fibrecases.com.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned product(s). We will make such a refund using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unclaimed Package
Failing to pick up a package is not the same as returning or canceling an order. If a package is not collected without a separate cancellation notice, the merchant has the right to charge a handling fee of €19.90.
Order-Related Issues
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must notify us in writing within 30 days at the email address info@fibrecases.com provided under the "Right of Cancellation and Return Policy" section. If the package is visibly damaged during transport, you should immediately file a complaint with the shipping company and contact us to resolve the issue.
